How we make money

Why some links pay us, and why that never buys a better score.

Short answer: We are funded by affiliate commissions. When you click a link to a casino on our site and sign up or deposit, the casino may pay us a fee. You never pay more because of it, and it never changes a score or a test result.

Buttons such as "Visit" followed by a casino name and links that go through /go/ on our site are affiliate links. They tell the casino you came from us. Depending on the agreement, the casino pays us a one-off fee for a new depositing player, or a share of the revenue it earns from players we referred. That is the same model most comparison sites use.

What that means for you

  • You pay nothing extra. Bonuses and terms are the same as when you go to the casino directly, unless we say a code is exclusive.
  • Affiliate links are marked rel="sponsored" for search engines.
  • You can always go to a casino without our link.

Our rules

  • No paid scores. A casino's score comes from our test and the method on how we review. Commission levels are not part of it.
  • No test, no listing. A casino only appears on our list after our own real-money deposit and withdrawal.
  • Bad news stays in. If a casino pays slowly, adds a fee or hides a nasty term, it goes in the review, whoever pays us.
  • Removal when it goes wrong. If a listed casino stops paying, we take it off the list and point the links elsewhere.

Gamble responsibly

Set your limit before the first spin, not after.

Pokies and casino games are entertainment, not a way to make money. Only play with money you can afford to lose, use deposit limits and time-outs, and walk away when it stops being fun.
